NAGCO Diesel & Jet Fuel detector tubes are designed for measuring diesel and jet fuel vapors using NAGCO pumps and tubes. The tubes provide a standard measurement range of 0.5–25 ppmv and are suitable for monitoring a variety of fuel-related vapors.

The tubes can detect a range of fuel-related compounds, including diesel, diesel vapors, JP-5, JP-8, gasoline, and other hydrocarbons. Cross-sensitivity data is provided in the datasheet for compounds including undecane, diesel, jet fuels, gasoline, CO, methane, H₂S, hexane, octane, benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, ethanol, isopropanol, and acetone.
Important: Humidity and temperature can affect the tube response. The appropriate correction factor should be applied based on the measurement conditions. The datasheet also notes no response to 50 ppm HCl or 100 ppm SO₂, NH₃, or NO₂.
