NAGCO
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Detector Tubes | Standard Range: 100-2000ppm | N10-103-30
Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Detector Tubes | Standard Range: 100-2000ppm | N10-103-30
NAGCO Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) detector tubes are designed for measuring high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide using NAGCO pumps and tubes. The tubes provide three measurement ranges for flexibility across different H₂S concentrations.

• Temperature Correction Factor: 0.88 at 0°C/32°F; 0.93 at 10°C/50°F; 1.0 at 25°C/77°F; 1.2 at 40°C/104°F
• Storage Life: 3 years in darkness at 5–25°C (40–77°F); refrigeration preferred
• Color Change: White → Black
• Part Number: N10-103-30
The tube uses a reaction between hydrogen sulfide and lead acetate to produce lead sulfide and a color change from white to black. The standard range uses 1 pump stroke with a 100 mL sample volume and a 2-minute sampling time.
Cross-Sensitivity: The datasheet reports no apparent response from carbon monoxide, methane, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, carbon disulfide, hexane, isobutylene, or toluene under the listed test conditions. Nitrogen dioxide may interfere in mixtures and can result in a transient brown H₂S response.
Important: The datasheet reports no response to mercaptans and sulfides.
