Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detector Tubes | Standard Range: 5-100ppm | N10-102-18
NAGCO Carbon Monoxide (CO) selective detector tubes are designed for measuring carbon monoxide concentrations while minimizing interference from other substances. The tubes use a pretreatment layer to remove most potential interferences before the sample reaches the detection layer.

• Color Change: White → Light Brown
• Part Number: N10-102-18
The tube uses a pretreatment layer to remove most interferences before the carbon monoxide reaches the detection layer. The reaction produces iodine and sulfur products, resulting in a color change from white to light brown.
Cross-Sensitivity: The datasheet reports no apparent response from hydrogen, nitric oxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methane, isobutylene, or toluene under the listed test conditions. Hexane may produce an apparent reading of 12 ppmv at 100 ppmv, while trichloroethylene may produce an apparent reading of 16 ppmv at 25 ppmv, with a very light blue color.
Important: Other hydrocarbons may interfere, although most organic vapor interferences are eliminated by the pretreatment layer.
